“I Believe”

Hello Empower U Leadership Team...
In the quote at the beginning of this issue, Ms.
Roosevelt alludes to the point I cover in
all of our training. It is what Henry Ford said,
“If you think you can, or think you can’t you
are right.”
Would you die for a lie? NO! Most people won’t
die for the truth. If someone loves you, but you
don’t believe they love you... do they love you?
To most of us, the response is a rapid and
passionate, NO!
Based on your belief, you either do something,
or you don’t. Both the action and inaction are
driven by the same thing—a belief, or a system
of beliefs.
Everything we do or don't do is driven by a
belief system. You have heard me say it over and
over in class and it is worth repeating: Everything
we do, or do not do, is driven by a belief
system...
In other words our Belief System (BS) creates our
reality. What we do, or do
not do—is driven by what we believe.
Look around
the country right now. Some believe we are in
the greatest time in the history of our country.
Others believe that we are in the last days,
that
America’s finest days are behind her.
During these tough times we need to make sure we
know what we believe. There are many different
changes going on in this country and at Empower
U. In order for those changes to make sense I
thought I would demonstrate the importance of
knowing ones belief systems.
To do this, I encourage you to
make your list of what you believe. Then, make a
list of what you are going to do about it. It is
important to know what we believe in and what
those systems of beliefs are so we can live a
congruent life. So for those those care to
know, here is my list...
I believe... ”We can’t control what happens TO
us, but we can control what happens IN us.” And
I have some GOOD stuff happening in me!!

I am very excited about my upcoming book being
shipped to us on the 26th of May. Yes, it is
finally here!! We will have 4000 copies of
“Discovering Your Inner Strengths.” I will grace
the cover with Ken Blanchard, Brian Tracy and
Stephen Covey. All three gentlemen are far more
accomplished than I ...Up Until Now! We should

the 1st of June. I believe... Empower U’s
exposure will grow due to the renown of the book
I am sharing with these three Icons.
I believe... "The definition of insanity is
doing the same things over and over and
expecting different results.”
I believe... I must do something different
today, if my tomorrow is going to be different
then my yesterday.
I believe... Empower U must get creative to
generate revenue so that we can excel in these
culturally and financially tough times.

There is so much chaos and the economy is being
forever altered in ways we can’t even
imagine... SO PLAN B... do you have a PLAN B?
You know PLAN A, it is the J O B. Plan A is what
you are doing today to survive and/or thrive.
Are you being paid what you are worth? Will you
have a job tomorrow? What kind of future do you
have in relation to unleashing the dreams that
God put in your heart? Remember the 3 questions
all leaders ask themselves: Where am I now,
Where am I going, and what will it take to get
there and how long? What will you do if the
economy squashes Plan A?
I would much rather be prepared for a battle
that does not take place; then to not be
prepared for one that does!! I believe we all
need a Plan B.
I believe... Scott Black needs a Plan B,
so that Empower U can continue to change this
world one person at a time... no matter the
president or the economy.
I believe... I must
get creative to generate revenue so that we can
“thrive and stay alive” in these culturally and
financially tough times. It is said that Albert
Einstein never had his own lab for a majority of
his life. He would take others hypothesis,
theories and ideas and put them together.
For 18 years I have been helping people learn in
our “classroom” of life. PLAN B...gets me out of
my comfort zone to actually apply what I know
through a business opportunity. With the new
book coming out, “Discovering Your Inner
Strengths.” it is now time to take the Pattern
of Success into a real business opportunity. Now
I am ready to take these proven steps and
pieces, and put them into action in the business
world.
“Anybody can succeed, but how many people are we
bringing with us? A party of one is not much of
a party.” I am committed to building a team of
100,000 over the next 5 years. I am pumped and
excited and pressing the GO button about possibilities. I have not been this excited
about anything in the last 10 years. It is the
most incredible opportunity I have ever seen. I
am totally committed to this new project!
Empower U will continue to deliver great
trainings and we will be expanding to the next
level! I have both feet in, and I will in 2
weeks, in 2 months...in 2 years... I am using
all the things that we teach in our training and
helping people achieve the dreams that God put
in their heart.
I have a dream that I can generate an additional
source of revenue so that Empower U is supported
beyond the flow of revenue coming in from
classes. In other words; whether Empower U is
profitable, or not, I get to continue to help
people change their lives.
It is incredible that so many people are
helpless and hopeless right now. Their faith and
trust is rocked, fear and confusion are gripping
many. Too many people waiting for someone else
to do it, fix it, file it or blame it!
Let’s
jump out and press the GO button. I believe...
if I do something different today, my tomorrow
can be different then my yesterday! So I am
doing something radically different today, then
yesterday... So my tomorrow is better than my
yesterday! Will you join me...?
