What is the message you want me to know?
What is this lesson, I need to grow?
What is the reason for the trouble and despair?
Why this relationship, too ill to repair?
When will I know what you want me to do?
Where will I hear instructions from you?
Why do I need to experience this pain?
Why the need for the constant reframe?
Please answer these questions I need to know
If I were you, this is how it would go….
The message is, “I love you”, no matter the what,
Learn to hear better…works better when the mouth is shut!
Pain creates a chasm for the joy to fill up,
You went on your own; now drink of your cup.
Love others, with yourself, in that group too,
My message, quite clear, you know what to do.
This pain-quite minimal- in these minor leagues,
The joy of me in heaven, move beyond with intrigue.
For I am your father, you need me, I know
