Dear Scott,

When I participated in the Empower U Leadership Awakening in March this year, I had no idea what I was in for. Over the years I have had the opportunity to attend numerous week-long leadership development programs. All of them expensive, outstanding courses utilized by many of the leading corporations, some held in 5-star resorts. While each of them had a positive impact on my professional and some even my personal life, none can hold a candle to my experience during and following Leadership Awakening. I knew immediately that I wanted to share the experience with my entire organization. The only thing that topped Awakening was when I participated in Leadership Adventure in June.

I consciously waited to write this letter, because I wanted to validate my belief that the EU experience would have the same impact on others, and my organization, as it has had on me personally. In a changing world and company full of uncertainty, the EmpowerU experience has made, and continues to make, a huge positive impact. The most personally gratifying outcome is the positive impact is has made in the personal lives of my people. As a person that believes balance is a critical ingredient in success, having people with meaningful, empowered lives both at work and at home helps the business performance of my organization every day. When you have a team full of passionately committed leaders, the organizational ability to 'raise the bar' of performance is incredible.
