Dear Scott,

I want to take this opportunity to thank you and the other members of the Empower U Team. I must admit I was a skeptic when I first learned of this class. I have been to dozens of management classes and have always been disappointed. However, after the first five minutes of class, I realized this was going to be something I had never experienced and what an experience it was! When I arrived home Sunday evening, my mind was reeling and after a week I still have a feeling of awe at times.

Many people ask me to describe "Leadership Awakening" and the best way I have found is a story you related the first day. George Bernard Shaw was asked if he could be anyone in the world who would he be. After thinking a moment his reply was, "the George Bernard Shaw I could have been." That to me is the essence of Leadership Awakening. There are many different levels and I am still assimilating them.

Upon seeing the positive changes in me, my wife and coworkers have expressed an interest in attending future classes. I am recommending both of our offices attend this class. I am looking forward to taking what I have learned to the next level. Please advise me of future classes. I also look forward to our continued relationship on both a personal and professional basis.
