Dear Scott,

I am a very serious person and feel everyone should take things as serious as I do but that is not the way the world works.

Empower U, of all things, helped me see the world through a different set of eyes. It was one of the most fun courses I have taken in a long time and was quite refreshing.  

I enjoy challenges and in this case, to pass the course, we had to become one team with complete support for our team mates.   To become a team, each person had to really open up and become a member supporting their others.

What has this done for AAI?

    • My productivity is higher.
    • My ability to balance my work is much better
    • How I treat others has taken a very different direction
